Oil Tank Replacement in Holsworthy

The Brief

A property near Holsworthy had an ageing oil tank that was no longer fit for purpose and posed a risk to the surrounding ground. The owners needed it replaced without losing heat and hot water, and they wanted one team to handle the whole job, including the groundworks.

What We Did

Our work included:

• Fitted a temporary tank: Installed a temporary oil tank first so the home kept its heat and hot water throughout the work.
• Groundworks in-house: Dug out and prepared the area and laid a new base for the replacement tank, all carried out by our own team.
• New tank installation: Installed the new oil tank and connected it to current standards.
• Oil transfer: Transferred the oil across to the new tank so nothing was wasted.
• Old tank removal: Removed the old tank, which was decontaminated and recycled responsibly.
• Clean handover: Removed all waste from site and left the area clean, safe and complete.

The Result

A safe, properly installed oil tank with a sound new base, delivered without the home ever losing heat or hot water. Every part of the job, from groundworks to recycling the old tank, was handled in-house by one team.
